Review article on stretchable electronics
Pooria Rahmani and Prof. Akbar Shojaei pubilshed a review article entitled ''A review on the features, performance and potential applications of hydrogel-based wearable strain/pressure sensors'' in the journal of Advances in Colloid and Interface Science.

Achieving MSc degree
5 members of our research group (Mohammadreza Karimi, Babak Abdi, Ali Babaei, Mohammad Samiei, Parsa Amini) passed thier final defense for achieving MSc degree. Wishing them further successes.

Dr. Salkhi Wins Bio-ink Competition
Photocurable polymeric biocompatible 3D printable ink developed by Dr. Samaneh Salkhi Khasraghi was elected, among many groups, as a winner in the first bioink challenge organized by NBIC of Iran after passing various printability, viability assay and biodegradation tests. The bioink challenge was held for the first time in the country by NBIC of Iran in collaboration with Vice Presidency for science and technology of Iran and Omid Afarinan Co. We congratulate this great achievement to her.

Postdoctorl Position Recieved by Dr. Salkhi
Dr. Salkhi received postdoc position granted by Barez Co. in collaboration with INSF.

Prof. Shojaei and Dr. Salkhi authored chapter 18 of a new book entitled “Composite Materials: Manufacturing, Properties, and Applications” which is under publication by Elsevier and expected to be appeared in December 2020. The book chapter is entitled “Self-healing and self-sensing smart polymer composites”, which introduces the concepts and technologies related to self-sensing and self-healing in polymer composites and reviews the recent progress in these areas. Special thanks to Dr. Yu (Roger) Dong and Prof. Jim Low (editors of the book) at Curtin University inviting us to contribute a chapter to this book.
